Sleep

Imagine having a deep and restful night's sleep. Don't you deserve to have that sleep every night? 

The Sound Boutique is proud to announce the release of 'Sleep', their first foray into the ambient arena. The album is made up of four tracks, each around 15 minutes long, designed to relax the listener gradually, ending in deep and lasting sleep. The first track, 'Headspace', sets the pace at 80 beats per minute, the upper end of the average resting heartbeat. The subsequent tracks decrease each time by 10 beats per minute, so that by the final track the listener should be falling into restful sleep.
